Peyow Aqua Pilates 
(pee-yow' ) is derived from the Mandarin word for "float".

Peyow™ Aqua Pilates FunKtional Barre’
Using the noodle as the ballet Barre’, this course includes functional and sports training, combined with dance based barre’ work, and Pilates exercises.  Focusing on lower body, core strength, and stretches. Suggested pre-requisite: Peyow Aqua Pilates Basic/Intermediate Training.
